8 weeks post natural MC- no AF

Hey ladies-

How long was it before your first AF came after MC?? I'm at over 8 weeks and have felt like she was coming on and off but nothing at all. Not even spotting.

Hi there. So sorry for your loss. Mine took about 6 weeks. Were you pretty regular before?my dr told me it could take a few months to get a cycle.

Check out that link, see if it helps answer some questions. It sounds like you can't expect your new cycle to start until the bleeding from the miscarriage stops. When did your bleeding end? It also sounds like it is fairly common to take awhile for your period. I understand your confusion, even though I haven't waited as long as you have yet, I wonder when it will happen. It is hard the whole not knowing, isn't it?

Mine took 7 weeks after my first mc. Hang in there, it will come

Mine took a month- I'm on it right now- but I had a D&C. My best friend also had a D&C and her first period took closer to 8 weeks to show up, I think. So everyone must be a little different.
I hope it comes soon, it's really hard waiting. First I begged to stop bleeding after the surgery and then I begged to start bleeding so I could try again already. Now I am and it's the heaviest period I've ever had, I think....but I'm still grateful because hopefully this means my rainbow will be on it's way soon. Now I'm all impatient for it to end again so I can get back to peeing on OPKs, lol.
It's easier said than done, but hang in there.

Oh my goodness!!! Wellllll Turns out I'm pregnant. Took a test tonight on a whim & never got a period after my MC so I'm in complete shock! I have noooo clue how to even determine how far along I am but the line came up right away and it's darker than the control line!

Congrats!! Dr will probably have to do a scan or blood work to estimate. I was going to ask that when I posted before but didn't want to get your hopes up.

.Hi guys I had my MC on 14/11 and was medication induced one instead of a D&C.It was our first baby,me and my husband were devastated after that.Now am waiting for my AF to appear.I hope you guys can help me and throw a light of hope.

Hi renjurupz. I am so sorry for your loss. I know the devastation all too well. The wait of AF is really hard. Heck, the wait for everything regarding all this is so hard. But it will happen even though emotions tell us we will never be back to normal. I was pregnant two cycles after my MMC. And I'm pretty sure I didn't O on my first cycle after.
Anyway, you are not alone in this. Praying you have peace and that you get your BFP and perfect 9 months soon.
