8dpo, cervix position

8dpo and cervix is high, very very high, took awhile to find it. And its firm. Other than that just gassy and have had a cold for 3 days now. AF due Friday, the 4th. So shouldn't my cervix be low by now? The past 3 days I've checked its been high. I'm sure its nothing. I know cervical position is not a sure thing to go by.

Not sure about the answer to your question but my cervix is higher than normal - not quite ovulation high.
Also my period is due next Friday too and i'm 7dpo so fingers crossed we both get out bfps! !!
