the label says that its 75% cotton and 25% polyester,soft to touch. its not in anyway shiney. its debenhams x

the dress is made by wonder phool. i have never heard if it. it was brought for me. googled it and no stoclist come it. just a few dresses on ebay ect. the material is hard to explane. it sort of has 2 layers. the bottom layer is blue and teh top layer is purple and is see threw (although the blue underneath makes it not see threw) and is has tiny flowers on it. sorry thats probable not much help. the blue bit underneath has the tag on it thats says 100 polyester x
