9 DPO, IB or AF?

Hi all!
About three days ago I started having dull cramps that have continued.. Today I started spotting. Very small amounts and only when I wipe. At first it was brownish and now it's a light pink, occasionally a little darker. My period is not supposed to be here for another week. Could this be implantation bleeding or am I just being too hopeful?

Hey Mrs H, didn't want to read and run! This does sound like IB, I had what I think was IB exactly a week ago and so I've done a lot of research. All the sites seem to say if it's earilier than AF and lighter then it is implantation bleeding.

Mine was a gush of blood and literally only when I wiped. I had to wipe a few times (sorry TMI!) before it was all gone and then put a tampon in thinking AF had come early! Then there was nothing on the tampon at all and I've had nothing since. One gush of blood can't be a period and also I'm temping so I can see my temps have remained high. Do you temp? Best of luck xxx
