9 months and not interested in baby food

    So yime to bring in finger food as a regular thing alongbwith more adult food but im so scared of him chocking is this something that you get used to and what would be the best stuff to start on he already has toast but maily just sucks it to death n chucks it away obviously im wanting him to keep eating do is it best for me to offer likes off scrambled egg which id feed him n then toast to get him involved xx

    Hi hun, we started weaning at 6.5 months. I used to spoon feed Omar from what we'r eating fork mashed, & without mashing after 2 weeks. Pasta with sauce is good for starting, you can fork mash it at 1st. You can give him any food at this age if there are no allegies in the family (except honey, shellfish & nuts). xx
