9 Weekly And blood cloth ?

Hi mommies , my sister is little bit over 9 weeks pregnant . When she was 6 weeks , doctor noticed tiny blood cloth next to the sack . 3 weeks later she went back and the blood cloth was 2x2 cm . The doctor is worried that's it's going to be ok the side where the placenta is going to be attached . So how my sister is on blood thinners and bed rest .
What I wanted to know is if any of you have similar experience . Thank you
