I wanted to come back and update this thread, they found the cause of my bleeding was placenta previa, it's kind of common, but can cause bleeding, they'll watch it closely and later on it might mean a c section for me, but baby is still perfect. And he's a boy.

Well Im glad baby s healthy and yay you know the sex already!!! Im a nurse so yeah previa is a definite cause of spotting and in most cases warrants a c-section. But praying all goes well for you and lil man!
