A bit worried

Hello Ladies Got my BFP, But im abit worried though, with my other pregnancies (ended in m/c) I had loads of symptoms. But this time ive got none! I had achy boobs other day and thats it nothing? Should i be worried by this?
I dont know how far along i am yet but im guessing about 5/6 weeks. Can anyone reassure me?

Hiya hun! Congrats on your BFP!
firstly I know it has been said hundreds of times, but: every pregnancy is different...
I remember someone saying on here they had loads of symptoms and sickness with their mmc and no symptoms with their healthy baby....
also if you are 5/6 weeks it could just simply be to early for your symptoms to have kicked in!
