Hi ladies,
I've just taken my last BCP and this will be OH and my first cycle NTNP. I'm a little nervous and have just a few things running through my mind I hope some of you can help with.
OH and I are both vegetarians and consume a fair amount of soy, not an excessive amount, but probably 2 or 3 times a week. Anyone else a vegetarian and have trouble conceiving. I've read soy can inhibit conception.
Also on the same note, I worry I'm not getting enough vitamins. I started taking a prenatal which is making me terribly ill. Can I take it at night? Any other recommendations for healthy foods to eat that are good for vitamins for the baby?

you can definitely take the prenatals at night ... just try to take them with food it might help with you feeling ill. lots of fruits and green veggies are good too as they have folic acid in them which aids in the development of the baby :) im not a vegetarian so probably not much help but didn't want to read and run :thumbup:
