So, for the mom's that gave birth, were you worried about pushing a #2 while 'pushing'?
Did you?!? lol

I know it is the SILLIEST thing but I KNOW everyone thinks about it....
and, did you shave/wax all the 'parts' before going to hospital? had time for that? :haha:

I was so so worried about doing #2, but once your there and pushing it's the last thing on your mind!
Also the 'bush' thing, i didnt have time to do mine but didnt care either, there must of been worse than mine - just think of it like that!

Hey there. I was here just 6 months ago and im now pregnant with baby number 2.

For the first question i did worry about it before hand but once i was actually in labor and pushing i didnt even think about it(and i did do a # 2 while pushing) its mildly embarrassing now but at that moment i didnt even care. I just wanted my baby out. The nurses said it quite common in women who dont have a clear out before labor.

Question number 2- I was induced so i would have had time but there was no way for me to reach there lol. I had dropped so low and even looking in a mirror i couldnt see well enough. I had shaved a few weeks before though so it wasnt so bad.

I didn't do a number twooo but unfortunately I did lose control of my bladder  I was able to have a ahem 'tidy' down there but this time I think it's unlikely because it'd be like shaving your lega when they're round the corner from you :dohh:

I think I did do number 2 whilst pushing but the midwife cleaned it up so quick I wouldn't have noticed or cared at that point! But beforehand, I was nervous about it LOL!!

As for shaving down there and legs, I managed just about but it was a load f hassle just for my vanity haha! I was induced so had time to prepare but if my waters were to break now, I'd resemble a hairy gorilla!

lol, so funny to know I am not the only one worried :P
I mean, I am not worried, but it does cross my mind. haha

I have been able to keep it all nice and trimmed - so far - but who knows a few weeks from now, LOL.

Oh well, who cares, I am sure when time comes all I will want is the baby out and safe!

The thought of what if I go #2 crossed my mind when I gave birth for the 1st time. However I never thought/worried about it when in the hospital cause your focus is completely on contractions and seeing your new baby.

However, since then I've became a Nurse's Assistant and I've seen so many things from many different people while caring for them that being in that career field it doesn't phase you at all. So for those of you who are worried about doing that during labor...it doesn't phase the nurses at all. They all know it's common, they're expecting it to happen in a lot of cases, and they've seen it a million times. They're all in "Nurse Mode" when you're in labor, so if you do go #2 they quickly clean it up without giving it any further thought! And 9 times out of 10 you won't even know if you have or not.

I asked my hubby if I did that with my 2nd preg. (out of curiosity) and he said he couldn't remember, so it's not that tramatic to the men either! LOL

I did worry but as far as I'm aware I didn't do one. I'd not eaten in about 2 days by the time I was pushing so I doubt I did one unawares. I'm worrying less about it this time. What happens happens.

I did shave my legs before going in but as I don't shave my bits I didn't do anything with them. I planned a homebirth so had bags of time to fill, may as well shave legs.

I did worry but not as much as i imagined! I just didnt care!
As for down there well i had been in the shower using veet an hour before , instinct eh?

i didnt do a #2 lol but i had worried whwat would happen if it did happen, i just kept needing a wee, but i didnt it was my waters breaking (after the gush they sort of just dribbled for ages) xx

With my 1st and 2nd I never pooped but I did with my 3rd. I knew it too but at the moment it didn't matter but afterwards and to this day I am embarrassed about it! I never shaved for my 1st and I wish I had as I had an episiotomy and the hair was always stuck to the stitches and blood. So for my 2 boys after I was shaved for delivery and felt so much cleaner and my stitches didn't bug me as much. I have already shaved and will keep it up until baby! As for not seeing it I cannot either but I get my husband to help and I use an electric shaver so I am not clean shaven but the next best thing!
