A little hint of help for calorie counting...

I've tried dieting and exercising so many times and it has worked quite a few, but I've gained my weight back. I started again and this time found an application on my IPod Touch, which keeps track of what I eat and how many calories I eat based on how much weight I want to lose - it also keeps track of calories burned by exercise! I feel like I'm doing so much better with help from this application, so just wanted to let you know! It's called Lose It! I highly reccomend. :flower:
