a Q for those that moved from BF to FF pls

I started mixed feeding at 18 weeks and I got my period 2 weeks ago (so 22 weeks PP) when I reduced down to 3 breast feeds per day.
 
I completely stopped BF at 12 weeks. LO is now 17 weeks, and I just had a little spotting the last 2 days...but no full on period or cramps.
