i ov'd yesterday or monday definatley, but i still have quite bad af pains...and sore boobs on occasion.

they are so bad i keep thinking that af has turned up 2 weeks early! i have never had this before and wondered if it meant anything...it probably doesnt though lol. just my body surprising me after thinking i know it all i guess lol xxxx

Last month my nipples hurt for the whole of ttw I dont know why though??

I always have sore boobs for a few ays after ovulation. I'm sorry you're cramps are so bad though. I would think it's just from ovulation. They should go away soon.
