A Sign of Contractions?

Has anyone gotten strong hip pain during their pregnancy?

I'm almost 31 weeks and last night till this morning I've been having strong hip pain in both my hips and it feels like someone is pulling my hips apart.

I was wondering if this was a sign of contractions like back pain is because I know that my stomach was hurting earlier that night after me and my OH DTD but that went away and the hip pain didn't.

The hip pain would come for like a minute and then it would be fine for like 5 minutes and then come back and sometimes not everytime my stomach would tighten.

Could I just coincidentally be having braxton hicks and just like stretching pain at the same time?

I sometimes get this and I'm not sure what it is either, but didn't want to read and run, sorry I couldn't have been more help xx

I get that too, I don't think its contractions its just everything stretching out.

Its your hips stretching and moving to create room for the baby. You will know when your having real contractions i assure you.
