A surprise from AF :(

Think AF has just arrived... early! Well, I guess I didn't really know when it would be since it's my 1st month off BCP. But today is only CD27... *sigh* I guess it is pretty normal, I just really wasn't expecting it or even thinking about it, so it caught me off guard and now I'm kind of pissed! Also I haven't had any cramping or anything (yet), I usually do before I start. Grrr!

But I guess it puts me closer to my next chance What were your cycles like after coming off BCP??

Hi.

Sorry AF arrived.

On my first month after coming off BCP AF arrived on CD26. Next cycle was CD29 or CD30 (can't remember!). I'm hoping I settle now on 28 day cycles but we'll see what happens this month!!

My first was 31 days and my second 30, I'm now on my 3rd cycle on CD25.

It's always annoying to see AF but take solace in the fact that she has arrived in a normal time which hopefully means you are ov'ing normally!
