Aaarrgh, feel like I'm going mad!!!

I'm 7dpo, and keep thinking I could be pg, then convincing myself I'm not!! I've had a few weird symptoms, a dull ache on right side of my abdomen for about 2 or 3 dpo, also had some light cramps on and off. I noticed some EWCM about 3 days ago. I've also had stabbing pains on and off in both breast, and last night the top of my left breast felt as though it was on fire!! None of these symptoms are consistant and I feel so confused.
I know I'm probably just wishful thinking, can anyone shed any light on what could be happening??
