Abdominal Pain

I have been having chronic abdominal pain for 8 months since I had my baby girl and tubal ligation. Last night my Fiance took me to the ER. They ended up doing a CT Scan and found cysts in my right ovaries, so now I have to go to my OB and have him diagnose me with possibly PCOS and also see if I have to take BC to regulate my cycles cause they aren't normal and last time I had my AF was in August.

For those that have PCOS what can I expect at the appointment?
