I know im about to do another Tax credit thread but i just need alittle advice because im soooooo confused by it all!!
So ive just got a letter saying my payments will stop as of april, so i phoned them up he told me that i still qualify for the credits but they will be unable to give me eny money for them!!
He said i wasnt getting money for working tax credits but i did qualify for them and that the child tax credits were stopping because the info on their system said we earned to much! Ok if thats right then thats fair enough but i asked him to go through my details as when i made the claim i was on SMP im now not and havent been since aug last year so im now earning considerably less, he said he was unable to and i have to wait to change my details when they send me the renual form!!!
So can enyone help me to understand it all??
