Kim is right. HPV can lie dormant in your system & then just all of the sudden pop up as an abnormal pap after several normal ones. It's very common in women. I wish you the best with this and hope all is fixed asap so your mind is at ease!

Lol yeah old but for some reason I checked on suscribed threads and saw this one had new posts, well I have gotten 2 pap smears this pregnancy and both came back negative for hpv everything is normal. One thing I didn't know is that sperm can affect the results of a pap smear and the pap that came back abnormal I had it done after dtd the night before, maybe that was the abnormal result,don't know but as for now everything is fine.
