Abnormal period?

I have been having quite heavy periods for a few months that lasted around 3/4 days Dr said that it was normal this month period arrived about 3 days early and was normal to start cramps etc then day 2 started to slow by evening day 3 slight brown spitting then stopped day 4 nothing then this morning started again quite light I'm defo not pregnant I've been on Antibs for a while as had pneumonia so
Was thinking possibly waiting to see what next months is like then if hasn't returned to normal see the gp? As this is the first irregular one. Anyone experienced similar?

It is normal, your body constantly changes. I am 44 but at 43 i started menopause, which now means I got my period sporadically .. I got it ( Exactly 30 days and in a row) August September October then nothing in November, December and January. Saturday I got my period and today is Monday and i have been bleeding SO heavy, I changed 4x in one day

In my younger years after I had my first son at 20, my period was every 32 to 36 days as i got older it was 28 days then 24 then 30, i was all over the place. Never ever bled heavy never ever had my period more than 4 days, that all changed as i got older.. My point is don't worry to much, your body is changing that is all it probably is..XO

Thank you for your reply �� I'm a worrier anyway so this has just given me something to worry about, it's now basically only there when I use the loo and wipe and not every time either when it is there it's red/pinky colour and hardly anything. I will just take it as its just an off one I'm 27 2 kids and they have changed each time I've had a child. Il try and relax and forget about it now it's just annoying me that its still spotting in and off id rather it came or went not both ��
