hiya ladies i think i've posted in here before but i gave dh another chance & of course it's all gone t!ts up! i want a good clean break this time, divorce papers signed, etc but he's being very difficult, tried to take dd out of school, the police had to be called at one point. once i've filed for divorce what other measures do i need to put in place, i.e access arrangements for the children, the marital home, finances, etc.

I'm sorry hun - i've never divorced.

one of my friend wenth through this and my only tip if it should go to family court for custody is keep notes of EVERYTHING said/done/texts/emails/letters.

I know it seems extreme but..........

thankyou abby & chloe for your advice, i've already written quite a lot down and now school is a witness as to how he can be too; just wish he would get the message that it is over and that i do not 'just need space to calm down' i think i need to put it up in neon writing! i know he's going to oppose the divorce as he's RC but he should have tried better in the 1st place shouldn't he? kids have been absolute nightmare's since i let him see them for an hour on saturday
