wait somehow I missed your comment about your dieting. What diet are you on shae?
I haven’t used it long enough to say with 100% certainty that it works, but it was recommended to me by a coworker who’s been using it for a long time. I will say, it assumes your maintenance calories are on the higher side when it starts (it gave me 2300 based on age/weight/activity), so when it suggests your maintenance calories I think there’s an option to say “that doesn’t look right”, so maybe you can adjust your starting point. I didn’t choose that option so I’m not sure what it says when you say no, it doesn’t look right.Do you recommend it? I'll have to try an app when I'm finally ready to really do the weight loss thing. Hopefully by the fall but we'll see.
