Me and FOB recently broke up and I was wondering, how many days a week does FOB see your LO and is it at your house or his? Do they stay over at FOB's house if so how many days a week? Also does anyone know if I have to let LO stay at his?

Can't answer the questions as I'm currently going through solicitors to sort out supervised visits(long story)

BUT, with a LO as young as yours, you don't HAVE to let him stay... Try & remain amicable with FOB if possible and come to an agreement between yourselves that your comfortable/happy with. At that age its important he continues to bond with his dad, and depending on ur circumstances its up to you how often he sees him.. I'd probs say little and often for now. Again, with him being this young I'd keep contact at yours if thats what your happiest with for now. x

Thank you. FOB is being extremely difficult and wont come to my house to see LO and is demanding he have him stay at his. He's meant to have been to see someone and says they're his rights, however he says he isn't responsible to help out with LO as we weren't married so was worried I'd have to let him have his way.
