Accidentally ate raw egg whites

I eat whole egg mayo all the time lol im sure you'll be fine! I also lick the spoon when i make cakes

Yes I agree with ChocolateC that our mothers and grandmothers ended up fine without all these tlrestrictions. It's funny because with my first pregancy I was just so clueless..didn't even know there were restrictions and I was eating deli meat, ceasar salad, etc etc and my son was born fine. It wasn't until my subsequent pregnancies that I started following the pregnancy restrictions.
