Aches accross tummy

Hi Ladies,
I'm new to this forum and reading your threads lately has been really helpful...Its lovely to chat with people in the same boat as you...
In feb 2006 I suffered a missed misscarriage but 2 weeks later I fell pregnant with my daughter who is now 2..I am now nearly 9 weeks pregnant with my second and over the last 2 days have been having a dull aching feeling accross the top of my tummy...has anyone else had this or getting this or should I be worried!!!

Hi and Welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy!
Your still quite early on, so anything could happen hun (don't mean to worry you) If the pains get unbearable then ring your midwife and if you have any bleeding then go to your doctors/hospital.
Every now and then I have a period sort of pain but all is fine cos heard its heartbeat yestday.

I think it's normal,they could be stretching pains...if it's followed by some spotting then go to the doc.

I had this when i was about 7 weeks pregnant and turned out to be nothing, if it gets really bad go and see your gp/midwife.
