Has anyone had experience with this?? I previously did CD and had brilliant results until I got pregnant again!! I'm in the process of weaning my breast fed 2 year old and really want something to kick start my weight loss once he's weaned.
I would love to do CD again but just can't afford it so I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about the actidiet good or bad??
I don't plan to do it for long just a few weeks to give me a spurt of motivation and then I will go on to
Slimming world as it's a better long term choice.
