Acupuncture?

Hi!

Anyone tried acupuncture? I have been having it since Februaryish and I go every other week (i have pcos too). I know my cycle has regulated but don't know if that is acupuncture or metformin. Maybe both.

Just wondered what others experiences were....

Hello there, I actually resorted to acupuncture when I had gone 4 months without ovulating. I did 4 acupuncture appointments over the course of 2 weeks, and I ovulated the day of my 4th appointment which was CD 61 for me, and I now I am 7 weeks preggers!

What I should also mention is that I took soy isoflavones on CD55-59 for the same reason of inducing ovulation, so because I took the soy the same time as the acupuncture, I have no idea which one of them did the trick, or if it was the combination of the 2. Either way, I would recommend trying either acupuncture and/or soy isoflavones...
