Ad hijacking screen on every page

The ad is Sunsweet Plum Amazins. Screenshot below. It's a banner ad at the top of every page but it automatically expands to take over the entire screen and starts playing the same obnoxious ad every single time. Sometimes the "X" button to close it is under a link to open a new window that links to the product's webpage. So then after I manage to close it, if my mouse happens to go over that banner again, the same thing happens again.

If you need to know, I'm in America and using Google Chrome.

If someone can tame down this ad, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
