You know when it gets to near dinner time and you have scoffed nearly all your daily cals allowance well here are a few meals that really save the day for me, filling also!

Asda Quorn Cottage Pie (215 cals)
Asda Lasagne (300cals approx)

Im interested in hearing about easy filling low cal recipes also! x
 
Make sure you eat plenty of protein. It'll keep you fuller longer than any carbs or such like.
 
Im a veggi and I buy bags of quorn mince and chicken, great source of low fat protein to bulk up carby meals. I find if I have at least 20g of protein per meal it keeps me going.
 
Crumpets! Hot Cross Buns.....

Filling but low in calories and fat (if you buy the lighter versions of course!)

Home made soup!!

I made a cauldron of carrot and swede soup the other day and a massive bowl came to around 100cals, I added a bit of low cal butter and used vegi stock, delish!

Stir frys, filling but low cal!
 
I agree with you on the stir fries! I stir fry loads of my veg in coconut oil - it's delicious xx
 
Greek yogurt with a tbsp all natural peanut butter stirred in, YUM, and full of protein/healthy fats. Really filling too.
