Today my 7 year old brother has been diagnosed with ADHD.

We already knew he may have it because he showed the symptoms, it wasn't until his primary school became concerned that my mum finally took him gp who referred him to the hospital.

I'm basically looking for others who are in the same situation for support and advice really.

His been prescribed medication because he struggles to concentrate in school but the medication has side effects that we are worried about?

Look into the GAPS diet, & some supplements like calcium & magnesium, in addition to Omega 3
