Admit it...who's still wearing granny panties?

Me!

I have one or two thongs or pairs of french knickers that are ok but I have to be careful to not wear something which will irritate my section scar - which most of my nice undies do - they lie directly on the incision. So I am 99% in my big knickers!! :haha:

Not me! I only wore then till I was done bleeding as they hold the pad better! Now I'm back to the things that got me into this mess! Bahahahaha

Me. They aren't full on "granny panties" but close enough. My husband LOVES them though and hates anything else (thongs, etc) so no problem there, lol.

My OH is the same so the granny panties are here to stay; he also likes the bras like the 'doreen' type (1950s kinda bras)

Mine too! And sometimes I will want to wear a thong if I don't want crazy panty lines and he just rolls his eyes, lol! Actually, I told him I was going to go buy some smaller underwear after I had LO and he said please please don't get thongs.

I'm jealous! My dh makes fun of mine...

Im sure when he comes home from his 6 month deployment he wont care what I am wearing haha.

Meeeeeeeee

I wear the occasional thong, but granny panties are so much more comfortable now! I used to hate them.. but they are so comfy LOL.

me too - my maternity ones :haha:

I am!

I had to send mum and DH to do some shopping for me when I was in hospital. I needed high wasted undies to go over my (unexpected) c sec wound. I've continued wearing them coz they are so bloody comfy!

Am i the only one who finds granny panties uncomfortable? My mom thought i needed some granny panties and nursing bras when i was preggo and i couldn't stand them. I couldn't stand wearing maternity pants either so i lived in boy shorts underwear and 2 sizes too big sweat pants! I will admit though, i still live in the sweat pants! I can't bring myself to go back to jeans!!!

I must be the worst - I am still wearing the underwear I laboured in, and then wore in the days after giving birth. And no they aren't stained lol!

:haha:

No way! Mine all got thrown in the bin along with nightdress and dressing gown!

I am wearing the ones that I wore after birth and labored in too!!!!

sigh, i have to! bled for the first six weeks, had two days of nice pants, then had a period, then another four days of nice pants... now i've randomly started bleeding again!

Anything that sits on my c-sec scar is still a no no.. so the 'fuller brief' is still used here.. but in my defence.. they are M&S fashion ones! lol
