Advice about benefits (please dont have a goat at me)

I'm currently receiving CTC and WTC. What I need to know is am I eligible for GTC also (Goat Tax Credit) as I am finding it extremely difficult making ends meet. Billy is costing me a fortune in grass all he does is eat. And he refuses to work - I reckon his name should be Billy Idle:

Goat owners are apparently very left down by the benefits system. I would try apply for it. You won't goat til you try.

Goatifits (goat benefits) were cancelled by Labour hun

The conservatives want to bring them back though, Mr Cameron is very eco friendly, he likes animals like Goats. x
