Advice, anyone in a similar situation?

I had a "chemical pregnancy" in January.

And now, my AF is 16 days late, i have been having nauseous spells and some white discharge with mild cramps. Took a HPT today (not FMU, and only held for maybe 2hours) and got a BFN. Going to wait till saturday and take another test. Anyone ever been in a similar situation and turned out to be pregnant?
