Just wondering if anyone else has had a c-section but also has diastasis (doming of belly when you do a sit up)? If so, do you have any exercises which are good?
It seems the c-section exercises contradict the diastasis ones (sit ups etc) so i'm not sure what to do. The mw has referred me to the physio, but i hear it could be up to 2 months before i get to see anyone
