Advice ladies please

Hi

I came off the pill in February this year and I'm still waiting on AF!! I've had period like cramps for a few weeks now, but still no show!! I know that coming off the pill can mess up your cycle, but I'm confused that I'm getting these cramps, but nothing else is happening. Any advice?

Sorry, I don't have any recent experience of BCP as I stopped them over ten years ago!

Have you seen your doctor about it?

I've been to see my doctor, yeah. They just told me I should wait another couple of months and see what happens. Hardly helpful advice!

Hi there. I have just started (Saturday) taking agnus castus to regulate my cycle after coming off the jab in Jan. Can't say anything for it as yet (bit early) but here's hoping. I hear there's some taking soy isoflavins too - both worth a look to see if they're something you might think would help. There's loads of info both on these forums and elsewhere. Wishing you a visit soon!

Thanks Catalia. How long after stopping the jab before you got your first AF?

Ooh no not as yet hence the ac, am hoping it kicks in soon. Having said that (although all bodies are different etc etc) I have heard that the jab is the worst for getting everything back to normal so i'll keep fx'd for you that you are in line with others off the bcp and it is a speedy process.
