advice needed for incompetent cervix please share your experiences

Hi everyone i know theres already threads about IC but i just need some advice if anyone will be willing to help and share thier own experiences. i have incompetent cervix and at the beginning of the year i lost my little boy at 22 weeks. im ready to start a new pregnancy but i am really scared of the outcome. In the next pregnancy i will have to have a stitch but im wanting to know if this will allow me to have a normal pregnancy? In my last pregnancy i had constant pressure backache and was very uncomfortablt. i couldnt walk never mind hoover or carry out simple house hold tasks. im just hoping in this next prenancy with the stitch in place that i will be able to have a normal pregnancy where i wont be uncomfortable and can carry on normally without not been able to do anythin im hoping i wont have any pressure or pain either. please can you all share your experiences on the stitch procedure and also how you got on with the stitch in place. i would appreciate it so much. thankyou
