advice needed on placenta

hi girls i had my son at 32 weeks and he had to be rushed to scbu they give me this injection quick and some of the placenta got left behide i was wondering is this going to happen again my mum reckons it wont shes a nurse like and says it more than likley happened with him due to him needed to be rushed off and cuoldnt wait till cord stopped working any advice any one had this then was fine next time

All I know is that this is fairly rare so it's unlikely to happen again hun. Hopefully things will go well this time and won't be rushed so it won't be an issue. Try not to worry.x

You mean left inside you? Im not sure on the odds but I had some retained placenta with my first but with my second I did not xx
