Advice needed...

Afternoon Ladies,

I am currently on Mat Leave from my current job. Due to relocating offices i can no longer go back to my job as its nearly 2 hours away. They have offered me severence and told me i wouldnt have to pay any Mat leave back either. I go down to SMP only on 13th April and was wondering if i could give them that date for redunancy as ive applied for a new job closer to home and still applying for jobs. or do i have to wait until all SMP finishes in July?

you can choose to end your mat leave when you like as long as you give them the required notice period
