Advice on absence fathers

Okay so I had a little baby boy in October this year,
I hardley come on here anymore because I rarely have time..
so the story is..
so I got pregnant with my fob and he said he didnt want him so offered me a four digit some of money for the other option..
he has done so much heartache to me yet I still have feelings for him and no one else understands.
he pays for his child we have an agreement, he has never seen him and says he dosent want to get emotional attached and will see him when hes older Probably. And I dont want that if hes not here now hes not atall, its eating away at me and making me really upset.

whats the odds of getting an injunction of some sort do people think or any advice of what I can do

Unfortunately, unless he does something physical to you - You won't get an injunction.

However, is he on the Birth Certificate? If not then he has no Parental Responsibility (PR) which means he's not entitled to anything. Especially as he's never seen him or tried for a relationship.

I've spent the last year in and out of court with my little'uns Dad and in November, after he'd impregnated me again...He's done a runner.
