Hiya Ladies
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but was hoping someone could ive e some advice.
I came off the pill april 08,cycles varied from 22 days to 30 days(once)
Had a chem preg, sept 08,poas cd 28,was quite faint and the lines kept getting fainter...
Last Af was 31st dec 08
poas 21/01/09,faint line
the lines since have been getting darker
This morning used fmu on a FR and the test line is almost as dark as the conrtol line...
I'very scared of something going wrong and was wondering if anyone who had a chem preg had strong lines or were they faint??
Also when you have had a mc has the line been strong and then got fainter??
xx xx

 sorry don't know the answers but i hope everything goes well for you .... i seem to remember only getting faint lines before i mc'd at 7 weeks and always thought something was not right. i have read that if lines get darker it's a good sign though.

When I had my miscarriage at the end of December, straight after my ERPC I had really dark lines on my tests (obviously as the pregnancy hormones were still pretty high). After a couple of weeks they faded completely. I'd say that if you've got fainter lines and now you are getting darker lines, it would mean you are pregnant. I don't know about chemical pregnancies but I'd imagine if the lines are dark, then it is probably a good sign.

Sometimes there,s just not the same amount of dye in each test, think about it? Use a good brand, that measures 50ml(normally digitals are measuring at this. In your case don't go for the clearblue conception one, it might piss u off!) and failing that, go to your doctor. X x

As far as i know, once pg, hpt's are not a gage for how pg you are. Once pg the only thing that can gage that for you would be a hcg blood test at the hospital- but even then, they'd have to repeat it to be sure of the levels.

All the best, chicken! :)

Chemicals don't tend to get dark lines hun, just faint positives.

Your test line is darker than the control line so I would stop worrying.
