Hiya ladies, just looking for advice...due to have AF today but still no sign went for a pee and when I wiped I had clear white stringy mucus...Also been having cramps bottom of my back and by hips any help would be fantastic

I usually get that right before I get AF. It is not uncommon, is it uncommon for you? If so then it might be a good sign.

Yeah carnt say I've noticed it before but been having really bad cramps on the bottom of my back with isn't common for me either xx
