advice please!! starting to panic!!

I've just received a letter saying that my HCG levels are too high and I need an extra scan at 28 weeks because the growth of the baby might slow down later on.

Should I be worried?? Does it mean it could be downs syndrome??

Hugs. I would try to stay calm until you talk to a doctor. My hcg is super high for 5-6 weeks and my doctor said it's perfectly normal. There is a huge range throughout pregnancy of levels for women. Did you get any screening done? The beauty of being pregnant in the 21st is the access to all of this non invasive screening. Just stay calm
