Advice please!

Hi everyone, new to this so quite nervous. Myself and my partner have decided to start trying, I have endometriosis so I’m aware this process might not be easy. I’m having my coil removed on the 29th, I was wondering if anyone had any history with having their coil out and how long it took for periods to become normal?
I also feel like I’m going to drive myself insane with this process as I worry a lot and over think things, any tips on stayin calm?
