Advice pplase

Hi All,

not sure if i am posting this in the right forum but here goes anyway...

I had an early miscarriage on the first of May at 6.5 weeks. At the time the Dr. told me that, since it was so early, to expect me period again in about 4 weeks or so. (my normal cycle is always exactly 28 days)

I havent had my period yet so just did a test that I had left over and it came up with a strong positive. I also just did a CB digital and it said pregnant 2-3 weeks.

Is this even possible? could i be pregnant again? I know you can sometimes get +ve tests after a miscarriage but at the time the dr confirmed with my second blood test that my hormone levels had fallen so low tat it would be considered a -ve result.

Every chance it could be a new pg - I would ask your dr to do quantative hcg - to see the hcg moving in the right direction - then you can be sure - limbo isn't fun is it!!

Yep totally possible to get pg straight after misscarrige as thats what happened to me!
Go and see your doctor and ask for some bloods done.

Thank you both, im really hoping that I am pg again

Am nervous about going to the docs, might leave it a week and then make an appointment, at least then i can hope in the meantime!

Definitely possible - It happened to me. m/c 29 April. Bfp 4 weeks later. no AF in between. estimated to be 4-5weeks along now.

I couldn't stop myself and did another test! I came up with 3+ weeks this time so im really hoping this is it!
