Advice re clear discharge

I've had pain right through my pregnancy (like really bad period pains low down) and been told there is nothing that can be done. Over the last few days it has got worse and I have an increase in a clear slightly jelly-like discharge a bit like stretchy CM. It doesn't smell or anything and the mw doesn't seem concerned. I am a bit worried and wondered if anyone else had had this.
