Hi ladies

I m/c nearly 3 months ago now. Is it me or do those ladies who have recently m/c feel 'strange' replying to threads from women asking about advice on early pregnancy?

Cant really explain it but I love reading and replying to these threads but am aware that I have not gone full term with a baby yet. I dont want to put off ladies when I reply.

Hope this makes some sense!

i think i know what u mean!!! i feel odd posting on preg ppl of BFP's as i feel,,, jealus sometimes, u must all think im a cow now :( xxx

I know what you mean.
I love trying to help people with my experiences too. Altho i havent had a baby or gone full term, but i was pregnant, and wanna help people who need it.
xx

Thanks ladies, I am glad it is not just me then!

I love this forum so much and get so much out of it in terms of giving and receiving advice.

I love it when people get their BFPs. It is great to be part of someone elses good news.

xx

truthfully...there's some sections to the forum that I don't look at, and the pregnancy ones are included.

Mostly I look at general chat

I think that it's great that you enjoy reading and replying to these threads. All of us girls appreciate everyone's input, you shouldn't feel strange at all :hugs: Speaking for myself (and I'm sure a lot of the other girls) you don't put us off at all :hugs:

I had a missed mc so not bleeding is great but doesnt stop me worrying talking to other ladies who have had m/c helps me as they understand me in a way that ladies that havent been in that pain cant begin to understand..
Im not allowing myself to get ecxited or talk about it, i did that last time..

Good luck with your scan :hugs:

ive had an early m/c and a late missed m/c at 29 weeks so i can help with alot of the pregnancy questions...i enjoy being able to offer support and advice....

i hope people dont think im odd

Well, im in the same boat, no m/c but 37weeks and 2days stilborn.
I also love it when girls post there BFP's and advice, i try not to give to much advice as to some things as every womens pregnancy is so diffrent.

And with all the support we get from all the ladies here i want to move into BNB webpage now!!!!!!!

I think I just get a bit too emotional reading the pregnancy bits. I don't look at scan pictures either.

Sorry if it offends people, but it's my way of coping.

I understand what you mean, I m/c back in October, but I think your input is still just as valuable and very welcome!! We are all here to support eachother, and even though we had a m/c doesn't mean that we didn't experience some of the same things. I got lucky and got another BFP pretty quickly - and I welcome all insights as I am terrified of this process :) :hugs:

I have to be in the right mood to read stuff about early pg and BFPs. Of course I'm thrilled to hear when someone gets a BFP (really!!!). But sometimes it hurts because I wish it was me.

I feel like a fraud...I think...because I was pg but m/c'd. I've read/heard so much now about m/c's at 6 weeks being the result of pregnancies that were doomed from the start and 'not meant to be' that I now feel like it was somehow a 'fake' pregnancy and that all my symptoms must have being 'fake' too. I mean, I felt them...they were real...but they were the symptoms of a pg that was 'wrong'. I'm almost afraid of feeling the same symptoms again as I think I will associate them with my 'doomed' pregnancy. I'm prob not making any sense at all here! Also feel like a fraud giving 'advice' or thoughts, as feel like a hypocrite. Feels like I've never been 'properly' pg, so who am I to comment?!!

BUT..........sometimes it gives me great hope to read about others' early pg stories, symptoms etc, and actually feels comforting. Up and down days. Feel crap today as think AF is about to show, so think I'll be avoiding happy BFP stories, etc...can't deal with it today. But tomorrow is another day, and may be looking for positive stories and some hope to cling on to.

Sorry if I've wandered off-topic a bit!

:hugs::hugs::hugs:

I understand how u feel but its nice to talk to other women who can understand how upsetting a m/c can be..
you will get ur own bfp when its the right time hunny
kisses x

i dont think anyone should be uncomfortable posting in different parts of the website, i will admit though i did feel uncomfortable after id done posts in here over the bleeds i was having (where i honestly thought i was miscarrying) as i didnt know where to post it, 1st tri or miscarriage it doesnt really have a pigeon hole as i felt i was a fruad being in the pregnancy forums but then when it turned out to be good news i felt awkward in here:wacko:

i personally welcome any advice thrown my way (i need it all) it shouldnt matter if ive got a question and somone knows the answer or can shed any advice on what im asking i dont care if they are pregnant or not.

yeah guess we all saying its nice to get support wether u pregnant, tryingfor a baby, miscarried whatever some ladies just know what to say.. :)
