Evening ladies.
I lost my first baby this time last week. I had a scan yesterday morning which confirmed the baby has gone and everything has come away so the bleeding should stop soon. I've had hardly any bleeding today after lots of heavy clots last week.
At the hospital the gynecologist said that I can wait 4 weeks then start provera again which I need to take to have a withdrawl bleed to start my 2nd round of clomid (I suffer from PCOS, don't ovulate on my own and conceived the baby we lost on first round clomid).
I really want to ttc again asap, I just want to move on and I feel I have grieved so much this week and by 2 weeks time I should be ready and feel emotionally ready then.
I was just thinking, would it be OK to start provera in just over 2 weeks as then I would have a bleed around 4 weeks after my miscarriage was confirmed complete (which I guess is the same process 'normal' womens bodys would go through with the hormone changes etc).
I don't know what to do for the best - I would rather wait if it means a better chance of having a sticky baby but apparently once the miscarriage is complete the body moves on and its the emotional side of things why drs suggest a waiting time?
xx
