Me OH DTD last night for the 1st time in about 6 weeks, afterwards i had some uncomfortable cramping, i kept waking up a few times during the night with strong perid type pains, these pains stopped early this morning so i dont think it was contractions, mabe it was braxton hicks? im not sure

anyways.. twice today ive noticed some clearish/greenish snot like stuff on the toilet tissue after wiping, there wasnt loads just a bit like when you blow your nose, there was no blood and it wasnt pinkish or anything so im not even sure if it was my plug or if it was just some discharge?

do i need to let my midwife know? i dont see her again untill next friday at my 39 week appt, can this wait untill then?

sorry for being so clueless this is my first pregnancy

I would mention it next time but it sounds just like discharge to me hun.

When you get your show,it looks like someone who has just had a nosebleed has sneezed(not lots of blood, just flecks of it).xx

Sounds like thrush to me. I had no other sypmtoms otha than after DTD with OH i would get exactly the same thing. Mentioned it to dr because i really thought it was part of my plug because i had no other symptoms of it being thrush. I was given a pessary and some cream, as it possible to pass onto the OH if left untreated. I'd mention it to Dr or MW just in case its thrush.

my mucus plug went too after intercourse (30+ weeks) .. and i was in hospital over night due to bleeding.. but since your 38 weeks, its probably alot different.
i wouldnt panic, but i'd still tell my MW .. better to tell her than not to?
    xx
