Hi everyone,

Im just asking for people's personal experiences, I have not made any descisions yet but am nearly at breaking point with this pregnancy... .

I know all of the pro's & cons of Castor Oil but do the capsules have the same effect? are they less harmful & just as effective?

I have tried all the usual stuff, - sex, curries, walking, birth ball, driving over bumps, pineapple the lot.....
