AF cramps and no AF?

Argh my body is so confusing lately! I am on CD30 and I have been having cramping like AF is on her way for the past 2-3 days, but no AF??

I also usually spot days before AF and before any cramping, but nope. So I thought what anyone would think, yay I'm pregnant! Did a HPT last night and BFN I also don't think I ovulated this cycle as I never saw a sustained temp rise and gave up temping. I am starting to temp again and my temps are low, so pregnancy isn't likely.

So to my question, have you ever cramped for days before AF? Is it just her playing evil tricks? I just don't understand why I haven't even started spotting

I never cramped days before af.
I cramped from 11 dpo and onwards before af was due, and that lead to a bfp

Thanks. I've never cramped so much for so many days... If I did cramp I usually have spotting to go with it makes no sense.
